Moldes Marteles is a family run Business located in Barcelona and specialized in the design, manufacture and maintenance of thermoplastic injection moulding.
Our Company bases its philosophy on a qualified team with over 50 years experience and more than 2.500 moulds designed and manufactured. Our continuous goal is to achieve the highest level of customer service across our whole business.
We produce our moulds for a great number of sectors including automotive, home and household appliances and electrical components, being particularly skilled in the plastic injection moulding of lighting system for the automotive sector.
We are also well known for our ability to produce high quality moulds and our flexibility to meet our customers’ needs. We can manage to produce not only occasional services but the whole manufacturing process of a brand new mould to provide total solutions to our customers.
We are ISO 9001:2015 certified and every step of our production process is quality checked by our staff members. We can guarantee a high standard level quality with the best quality-price relationship, and which is very important to our customers, respecting delivery dates.
Our factory located in Barcelona is excellently placed to supply across the world. We carry out all the processes in house having two production facilities, one dedicated to manufacturing moulds and the other one for reparation and modification.
