In our Technical Office we count with an experienced staff carrying out the studies what allow us to define the moulding project using the best technology in every case.

Once we have analysed and understood the functionality of the piece, we keep a constant contact with our customer, contributing and assimilating the improvements made in the product.

To achieve our goal, we have CAD-CAM programs for specific moulding construction.

The standard process is as follows

• Reception of CAD model.
• Piece analysis and improvement proposal if necessary to optimize the mould. and avoid maintenance costs.
• Fast development of the preliminary project following each customers’ internal regulation. Once the project is finished, we send it to the customer for validation, being the process full open to comments and improvements.
• After the customer’s conformity, we develop the 3D of the mould where we can confirm the total validity of the project and we optimized to avoid mistakes and minimize the costs.
• When we have the 3D already developed, we can start the programs CNC and 2D draft in parallel, assuring the best results and delays.

-  It always exist a total communication between the Technical Office, the Program Department and the factory to get and ensure the quality of our products
